Useful information about wages
We are a reliable employer who always pays salaries as agreed and in accordance with the collective agreement.
It is important to us that Seure employees receive their pay accurately and on time.

Collective agreement
Seure’s collective agreement is Vuokra-TES.
Salary structure and allowances
A Seure employee’s salary consists of a base salary, in addition to which we pay various allowances, such as experience-based allowances and working-time-related allowances.
Experience-based allowances
Seure employees receive an experience-based allowance after 5 and 10 years of service. Experience gained through work via Seure is counted automatically. For previous work experience, we require a work certificate or other written proof.
Working time allowances
We pay allowances in accordance with the collective agreement, for example for evening, night, and weekend work. Allowances are paid automatically when the conditions of the collective agreement are met.
Holiday compensation
Holiday compensation is always paid in accordance with the collective agreement.
Salary payment
Seure has two salary payment dates:
- Monthly salaried employees are paid once a month, on the last working day of the month.
- Temporary and gig workers are paid twice a month: in the middle of the month and on the last working day of the month.
The payslip is available in online banking no later than the payday.
