Formation of wages and allowances

Pay consists of basic wages and different allowances that increase the basic wages according to the agreed percentage, such as experience allowance and allowances based on working hours.

Thus pay is also affected by the time of week when a shift is worked. Allowances based on working hours include compensation for inconvenient working hours according to the collective agreement.

Experience allowance

Seure pays experience allowance in both gig work and fixed-term work. Experience allowance accrues based on 5 and 10 years of work experience. Both increase your salary the amount that is 5 percent of your basic salary.

  • 1st experience allowance is 5 % of the basic hourly wage or mothly salary
  • 2nd experience allowance is 10 % of the basic hourly wage or monthly salary

For your work through Seure, the experience llowance is calculated automatically. For work done previosuly for other employers, a written document, for example an employment certificate, is needed.

Compensation for inconvenient working hours:

  • Evening pay, at 18–22: 15% allowance
  • Night pay, at 22-07: 30% allowance
  • Night pay in period-based work, at 22–07: 40% allowance
  • Saturday pay, at 6–18: 20% allowance
  • Sunday pay, Sat at 18 – Sun at 24: 100% allowance
    • Also paid on public holidays and at 18–24 on the eve of public holidays.
