Collective agreements in Seure

Seure complies with two different collective agreements, Seuretes and Avaintes. The collective agreement that is followed depends on the duration of the employment relationship.

Seuretes Collective agreement is observed in leased employment relationships lasting 1–15 calendar days. This work is called gig work.

Avaintes Collective agreement is followed in employment relationships lasting at least 16 calendar days. The work positions are called either fixed term work or monthly salary work.

  • Uninterrupted duration of the leased employment (order) 1–15 calendar days​
  • Payment of wages 2 times/month
  • Experience allowance accrues based on 5 and 10 years of work experience
  • 1st experience allowance is 5 % of the basic hourly wages​
  • 2nd experience allowance is 10 % of the basic hourly wages​
  • Compensation for inconvenient working hours* is determined according to Avaintes
  • Holiday compensation is paid upon the payment of wages. Holiday compensation percentage is determined based on work experience and is 9–14 %.

*Here, compensation for inconvenient working hours means allowances for evening, night and weekend work.

Avaintes

  • Uninterrupted duration of the employment at least 16 calendar days.
  • Payment of wages 1 time/month
  • Experience allowance accrues based on 5 and 10 years of work experience
  • 1st experience allowance is 5 % of the basic monthly salary
  • 2nd experience allowance is 10 % of the basic monthly salary
  • Compensation for inconvenient working hours is determined according to Avaintes
  • Annual holidays accrue and holiday bonus is paid for the time of employment (Avaintes, Chapter 4).
  • Annual holidays can be taken on certain conditions. Days of annual holidays not taken are paid as holiday compensation after the end of employment, in accordance with the collective agreement.
